The Loews Hotel is located in the heart of Miami Beach's historic Art Deco District which is also known as South Beach. After a thirty year hiatus, the Loews is back in all of it's original luxury and grandeur. Although the Presidential Suite is the largest on the property, the Vice-Presidential Suites offer the same luxurious living accommodations. The top three floors of the Tower Building are occupied by the Concierge Level rooms and suites. Travelers who stay in any of these guestrooms are given access to the exclusive bi-level Club Lounge located in the Tower. Each of the Concierge Level accommodations are equipped with computer and fax data ports and two-line telephones with voicemail. Access to fax machines are also available. The top three floors are ideal for business travelers who enjoy doing their work in rich and opulent surroundings.

The St. Moritz building has been restored in order to tastefully bring Pool View at Loews Miami Beach Hotel together the beauty of the Art Deco-style with modern day technological conveniences. A hundred tastefully decorated rooms reside in this building. All rooms and suites feature a remote controlled Cable television, in-room movies, a two-line telephone with voicemail and message retrieval and a dedicated data port for fax and computer. Located in the Tower, travelers can choose from over 240 different types of martinis. The Gaucho Room is open for dinner Tuesdays through Sundays. Located in the St. Moritz, this restaurant features tender Argentinean beef and fresh local seafood. Reservations are recommended. Sun worshippers can enjoy a light lunch and refreshments from Nautilus, the hotel's poolside eatery. The SoBe Coffee Bar serves up fresh roasts.
